Please keep in mind the following details when purchasing from our store.
Reach out to our customer support team to determine a international shipping quote via email or on our socials if your country is not listed below.

Order Processing Time

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am until 4pm (NSW time). However, we are always available via email and will endeavour to respond to all customer enquiries as quickly as possible.

Your order will normally be dispatched within 2 -3 working days. Orders placed after 2pm on weekdays, and orders placed during weekends and Public holidays will add an additional day to processing. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Orders (Australia) We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Standard delivery takes approx 2-7 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping We ship internationally to the United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Spain, France, and Canada via Australia Post.

United States All import duties and taxes are included in your shipping cost. There are no surprise charges on delivery — what you pay at checkout is the final amount.

New Zealand Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis via Australia Post. Import duties and taxes may apply on orders over NZD $1,000 and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Singapore Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis via Australia Post. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

United Kingdom Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis via Australia Post. Import VAT (20%) and any applicable duties are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Hong Kong Orders are shipped via Australia Post. No import duties or taxes apply on goods shipped to Hong Kong, regardless of order value.

Spain, France & Europe Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis via Australia Post. Import VAT and any applicable duties are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Canada Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis via Australia Post. Import duties and GST/HST may apply and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing and carrier delays.

Once your order ships?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a notification via Email or SMS as per the details recorded at checkout.

Order received is damaged.

  1. If the packaging is damaged, please take several clear photos.
  2. If an item is damaged once packaging is removed, please take several clear photos of the damage(s) to the item. 
  3. Submit the photos to info@cowrieandconch.com.au WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving the items. 
  4. If the item is missing a part please contact us or jump online to order the spare part directly from us.   We will review the order and part requirements and process your refund for these items immediately.

If we do not receive the photos of any damage(s) caused during transit within 24hrs of receiving delivery, no insurance claim can be made, and we cannot reimburse or replace any damaged goods. 

If Cowrie and Conch are unable to source or deliver the Goods as ordered by you, we may cancel your order and provide you with a refund.
